Counting down
It's been a while since I was at this page, it all seems to be a little clearer now, Jen our technology guru did a little pd on what we've covered so far and she did a great job.!!
My Google reader page for RSS feeds is coming along and updating nicely so I can be up on lots of new information on traditional Chinese medicine and of course whats happening with 23 things.
I only have 23 sleeps before my holiday in Vietnam and I am really getting quite excited about it.
lots of sun, good food, the occasional cocktail and a good book what more could you ask for.
My wiki is all about my travel details and information for getting to Vietnam I learned a little more from creating this wiki. Not sure how it will be of benefit within the work place but I definitely have learned a little more about technology with this exercise.

Traditional Chinese Medicine
I think I lost my last blog somewhere again it seems you have to be careful when navigating around.
I enjoyed the RSS session and subscribed to a couple of different sites, one in particular is the Shanghai Daily which keeps me in touch with traditional Chinese medicine.
So far I've had 4 new updates about the importance of good sleeping habits and various spa treatments and the benefits they offer, think I'll keep this in mind and treat myself when I go to Vietnam.
I'm really keen to learn about TCM so I think I chose well with this site. I'm a more learned person about RSS than I was last week.!!

Anticipation
Hi all,
This is my third blog, not sure where the other 2 went.... somewhere in cyber space I guess, don't get too much time at work to do this so I thought I'd work from home.
I'm going to Vietnam in December, uhm I wonder if this is work related?
Has anybody been there if so I'd love some feedback I've heard good and bad anyway I'm still looking forward to the trip.
